Did you know that Kosciuszko Park on the Long Island Sound has a 2-acre meadow? With help from the City and Pollinator Pathway Stamford (PPS) volunteers, PPS will begin a project that expands upon the forthcoming City Coastal Meadow Restoration with a focus on the southern tip of the park. 

The project kicks off on April 23, 2022 with a park-wide trash cleanup. Join us from 10:00am-2:00pm. 

The project will then continue from May through September with cleanups, plantings and watering. You will be helping the local community beautify Kosciuszko Park while enhancing habitats and food sources for pollinators. We need your help.

Please join us on the second Saturday of the month, starting in May: May 14, June 11, July 9, August 13, and September 10, from 10:00am to 2:00pm. Wear long sleeves, long pants & socks. Gardening gloves are recommended.
